Reason 1: Poor network condition

When lags or low frame rates occur, you can first check the Network Diagnosis by clicking the session tab, click Expand and you can see all the details.

If the latency is high, you should conduct a network speed test in the browser to see the download bandwidth of the main control. If you want smooth gaming experience, the download speed should be above 20mbps.

Reason 2: Non-optimal frame rate settings

If the latency is already very low, you can adjust the screen refresh rate to 60hz in floating toolbar >> View >> Frame rate.
And turn on “Constant FPS” on View >> Settings.

You can also just switch the connection mode to "Game mode".

Reason 3: GPU usage is too high

When the game you are playing occupies too much GPU will affect DeskIn's data collection, causing the FPS to fail to reach normal levels. You can solve this by turning on the "Extremely fast refresh mode".

Reason 4: The controlled monitor is turned off

If your controlled monitor is not turned on, data collection may also be affected.
There are 3 solutions for you:

1. 1. Turn on the monitor of the controlled device.
2. 2. Use a HDMI Virtual Display Graphics Card Spoof.
3. 3. Use the DeskIn virtual screen function (Recommended)
      

Reason 5: The uploading speed of the remote computer is much higher than the downloading speed of the local device (usually occurs when using mobile device remote control a PC)

Solution: Limit the bandwidth of the local device

Step one: Do a speed test of the local device and the remote device to see if there is a big gap between the local downloading speed and the remote uploading speed.

Step two: Set bandwidth limitation based on local download speed
-Go to Screen >> More Settings >> Bandwidth Limitation
-Based on the mobile phone speed test result, limit the bandwidth to a number closest to and lower than the speed test result (eg. Local download speed is 12mbps, the bandwidth should be limited to 10mbps; Local download speed is 27mbps, the loan should be limited to 20mbps).



Step three: You can also adjust the screen refresh rate to 30FPS and image Quality to automatic if still lag.
