DeskIn refund policy

1.If the premium service you subscribe to is billed monthly/annually:

You are allowed to apply to cancel your subscription within 7 days after the start of the billing cycle, provided that you do not use any premium services within 7 days after the start of the new billing cycle.

We will refund your service fee for that billing cycle once the cancellation request of the subscription is being approved. If you do not submit a cancellation application within 7 days after the start of the new billing cycle, or you have already used advanced services in the new billing cycle, the service fees for this billing cycle will not be refunded.
