Why does the remote phone screen go black during the remote sessions?

When using DeskIn to remotely control a mobile phone, the remote session may go black sometimes, here may be the reasons.

Reason 1: The phone enters sleep mode

If a black screen suddenly appears when remotely controlling your phone, it may be that the remote phone screen is locked, you can unlock the screen to continue operation.

Reason 2: The remote phone is entering password

When the remote controlled phone is entering password or on a payment page, for privacy reasons, DeskIn will block the remote screen for the time being. When the password page or payment page ends, the remote screen will be restored.
