3.3 How to Unbind a Device After Binding (Controlled End)

Applicable Scenarios:

  • Re-binding the controlled device

  • Removing inactive devices from the enterprise Only the Enterprise Super Administrator has unbinding privileges. Users with other roles cannot unbind devices.

3.3.1. Steps to Unbind:

  1. Navigate to Device Management > Device List

  2. Locate the required Device and click on "Edit" under the Operation column

  3. Under Device Status, toggle off and select Confirm. Thereafter, Device Status will reflect "Disabled"

  4. Click "Save"

  5. Once again, open the Edit interface.

  6. On the bottom left corner, click on "Remove the device from the company" and select Remove.

Tips: Unbinding is a high-security operation—only the Super Admin should perform it. If assistance is needed, contact your Enterprise Super Administrator.
