What are the subscription plans and pricing?
The subscription will be charged in USD as follows for each plan: Standard Plan subscription: US$ 9.9 (Monthly) / US$49.9 (Yearly; for 12 months). Gaming Plan subscription: US$23.3 (Monthly) / US$129.9 (Yearly; for 12 months). Performance Plan subscription: US$ 39.9 (Monthly) / US$199.9 (Yearly; for 12 months). Annual plan subscription for iOS is only available in DeskIn console.
Is macOS available to download from Apple App store?
DeskIn for macOS is only available to download on DeskIn website.
What are the payment methods?
The payment methods are PAYPAL and Credit Card. The currency used for payment is USD.
Can I change my current subscription
If you want to upgrade your current subscription, please reach out to our support team. Our team will process your request and get back on the requirement, prior to the upgrade.
How do I unsubscribe?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please reach out to our support team. Please note that users may cancel within 7 days after the start of a billing cycle (for monthly/yearly subscription). However, cancellation is only allowed if you have not used any of our premium services.
