Authentication methods settings

You can change the authentication methods when the device is remotely controlled in "Settings - Security Settings".

If "Temporary password only" is chosen, only temporary password, which changes from time to time, can be used to authenticate the connection when controlling the device;

Select "Secure password only" or "Both temporary passwords and secure passwords", click “change”bottom and enter the security password twice to use security password verification in future connection.

Privacy setting

If "Lock screen after each remote access" is checked, the device will automatically lock the screen when the remote access end;

If "Lock screen when privacy mode disabled manually by the remote side" is checked,. the device will automatically lock the screen, when the privacy screen is forced off by the device during the remote control process.

If "Lock DeskIn when connected by a different accounts" is checked, the device will automatically lock the screen, when the device is being controlled by a different account.

Access control list settings

After adding a blacklist account or device ID, the account or device in the blacklist cannot remotely access this device;

After adding a whitelist account or device ID, only the accounts or devices in the whitelist are allowed to remotely access this device.
