Why is my device showing offline?
Desktop showing offline：
Reason1 The computer is shut down or in sleep mode.
Before using DeskIn, please ensure that the controlled computer is turned on and is not in sleep mode.
How to disable sleep mode?
Windows: Open "Start" in the lower left corner of the desktop >>> click "Settings" >>> "Power & Sleep" and enter the sleep state and set it to "Never".
Mac: Go to "System Settings" >> "Battery" >> "Power Adapter", change "Turn display off after" settings to "Never", and check "Prevent the computer from automatically when the display is off".

Reason 2 DeskIn is not running
Before using DeskIn remotely, please make sure that DeskIn is running on the controlled device. You can go to DeskIn General Setting, Check "Start DeskIn with system" to ensure that DeskIn will start and run in the background as soon as the computer is powered on.

Reason 3 The laptop lid is closed
If your controlled device is a laptop, please make sure your laptop lid is opened

Reason 4 Unstable network
Occasionally, due to network instability, the device may not be able to connect to the server for a short period, making the device showing offline. You can try to restart the main controlled device or reopen DeskIn.
Mobile device disconnection
Reason1 The mobile phone is turned off
Please make sure your phone is powered on to use DeskIn normally
Reason 2 DeskIn app does not open
Please make sure your DeskIn app is active and running in the background
Reason 3 Allow remote control is not enabled
Note that the mobile device will be displayed online and can be controlled remotely only if the permission to be controlled is turned on.

Reason 4 Authorization is disabled by the system
If the DeskIn software is not used for a long time or is in long-time standby, the authorization may be disabled by the system, causing the device to display a offline state. Please check whether the controlled DeskIn app is running and whether authorization is still provided. When there is authorization, the authorization option will be displayed with a small check mark.
