Terms of Service
1. Your Relationship with Us
Thank you for using the DeskIn software and related services (“DeskIn”) provided by ZULER TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. ( “ZULER”, “we” or “us”).
You (referring to you as a user of DeskIn) are reading these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). These Terms constitute an agreement between you and ZULER and describe the terms and conditions governing your use of DeskIn.
By completing the electronic registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you object to any content of these Terms or are unable to accurately understand them, please suspend registration and use of DeskIn. By registering for or using DeskIn, you indicate that you and ZULER have reached an agreement and that you voluntarily accept all contents of these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZULER. Please read them carefully.
2. Account Management Rules
2.1 ZULER provides you with a registration channel. You have the right to choose a lawful combination of characters as your account and to set a password that meets security requirements. The account and password set by the user serve as credentials for logging into the platform and using the services.
2.2 You understand and undertake that the account you set shall not violate laws and regulations or relevant platform rules. Your account name, avatar, profile description, and other registration information and personal information must not contain illegal or improper content. Without permission from others, you shall not open an account in another person’s name (including but not limited to impersonating another person’s name, title, avatar, or other methods that may cause confusion). You shall not maliciously register accounts (including but not limited to frequent registrations or batch registrations).
We have the right to review the information you submit, issue inquiries or require corrections, or, as appropriate and upon notice, cancel accounts that violate laws or the above rules. Any loss of user information resulting therefrom shall be borne by the user. ZULER’s methods of notification include but are not limited to sending information to the user’s registered email address or mobile phone number. A notification is deemed served when the transmission record indicates a successful delivery to the user's registered email or mobile number.
2.3 Your account is for your personal use only. Without ZULER’s written consent, you are prohibited from gifting, lending, leasing, transferring, selling, or otherwise permitting others to use the account in any form. If ZULER discovers abnormal short-term usage of your account, or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the original registrant, ZULER has the right to immediately suspend or terminate services to that account or cancel the account in order to safeguard account security, and shall not bear any liability.
2.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account, password, and verification codes, and you shall bear full legal responsibility for activities conducted in the name of your registered account, including but not limited to any data modifications, content postings, or payment operations performed through the software and related services that may give rise to legal liability.
If you discover unauthorized use of your account or any other security vulnerabilities, you shall immediately notify ZULER.
2.5 When registering, using, and managing your account, you shall ensure the authenticity of the information provided and use true, accurate, lawful, and valid supporting materials and necessary information (which may include your name, email address, contact number, contact address, etc.).
2.6 If you forget your password, need to change account binding information, or recover your account, you must submit an application through DeskIn’s official account appeal channels (including but not limited to the in-app recovery entrance or official website customer service ticket system). The applicant must provide complete initial registration information (including registration time, first connection IP, etc.) and historical verification materials (such as bound real-name verification information, security email/mobile number).
2.7 Account Cancellation
2.7.1 If you need to terminate use of the account service, the following conditions apply:
You may only apply to cancel your own account and follow the platform’s cancellation process;
You shall remain responsible for your actions prior to cancellation and during your use of the software and related services;
After successful cancellation, account records and functions cannot be restored or provided.
If you need to cancel your account, please follow the instructions.
2.7.2 Once an account is cancelled, it cannot be restored. If you re-register using the same mobile number as a DeskIn account after cancellation, you will no longer be entitled to exclusive new-user benefits or discounts.
2.7.3 Upon cancellation, the relevant user agreements and other rights and obligations documents signed between you and us shall terminate (except those agreed to continue in effect or otherwise provided by law). However, cancellation does not reduce or exempt your responsibilities and obligations incurred during the agreement period, including but not limited to liability for breach of contract, compensation for damages, and performance obligations.
3. Paid Services
3.1 When using paid services, you shall pay corresponding fees in accordance with ZULER’s requirements. Service fees and corresponding rights will be listed on the subscription page. You may select a recharge amount and pay according to the stated price. You acknowledge and agree that all recharges are made based on your true intention. ZULER will begin providing paid services only after successful payment.
3.2 ZULER has the right to adjust prices and billing models of paid services and will notify you through relevant service pages or other reasonable means. After new prices or billing models take effect, you must accept the adjusted pricing to continue purchasing and using the services. If you do not accept the adjustment, you may cease purchasing such services, but services purchased prior to adjustment shall not be affected.
3.3 To enhance your experience, ZULER may provide certain free quotas for specific services. ZULER reserves the right to adjust applicable services and duration of such free quotas. Specific quotas are subject to the page display at that time. Once exhausted, you must recharge to continue using the service.
3.4 You must use supported payment methods. After payment is completed, it cannot be transferred or refunded, except where technical reasons attributable to ZULER result in duplicate charges or continuous inability to use purchased services for more than 10 consecutive days or 20 cumulative days. Refunds are subject to verification, and you must cooperate in providing relevant information.
3.5 You may log in to check account balance, expiration time, and consumption. Upon expiration or insufficient balance, ZULER will immediately stop providing services. You may decide whether to recharge.
3.6 Points Rules
Points may only be used to redeem specific functions when using DeskIn AI and cannot be used to upgrade membership. Points are not tokens, virtual currency, or prepaid vouchers, have no monetary or prepaid value, and cannot be redeemed for RMB or any other currency. Points may not be obtained or used for profit or non-personal purposes, nor transferred, gifted, lent, sold, pledged, or licensed to others.
Users may obtain points through recharge. Points included in membership benefits take effect during the purchase validity period and will expire and reset upon expiration.
ZULER may grant free points. Validity, scope, and limitations are subject to activity rules and service page descriptions.
You may check point validity, balance, acquisition, and consumption through the platform. Records serve as valid evidence. Disputes may be raised through contact methods provided herein. If errors are verified, corrections will be made. Services will stop once points are exhausted or insufficient.

5.3 Special Provisions on Export Control
5.3.1 You agree to comply with Singapore’s Strategic Goods (Control) Act (SGCA) and other applicable Singapore export control laws, as well as export control laws applicable in the place of use and export. You acknowledge that remote access or electronic data exchange via DeskIn may constitute a technical export or intangible technology transfer. You undertake not to use DeskIn, directly or indirectly, to transmit controlled technical data, source code, encryption technology, or other restricted content to Restricted Parties (defined below) or Sanctioned Regions (defined below). Any resulting losses, including the clearing of account data and virtual assets, shall be borne solely by you. You shall indemnify ZULER for any administrative penalties or damages incurred due to your conduct. ZULER is legally obligated to cease transmission of infringing content, preserve records, and report violations to relevant authorities.
6. Artificial Intelligence Generated Technology Services
6.1 DeskIn’s artificial intelligence generation technology services (hereinafter referred to as “AI Functions”) may rely on other models or services to provide AI generation services and other services. We have conducted necessary verification of partners. You may consult official channels of the relevant service providers (model technology providers) to review algorithm and model filing information and understand their basic principles, purposes, and operational mechanisms.
6.2 Content generated by DeskIn AI is for reference only and does not constitute any form of guarantee regarding advice, information, or data. You shall not use output as professional advice, for commercial purposes, or for other specific purposes.
6.2.1 If the situation may have significant impact on you or related parties (such as medical, financial, investment, insurance, legal, food safety, nutrition, etc.), you are advised to consult relevant professionals. The software output shall not serve as the basis for your further action or inaction.
6.2.2 If your usage indicates online search intent or you actively select AI Functions, we may automatically search publicly available third-party webpage information in a non-manual manner and generate responses. Search sources and related content will be displayed above the response. You acknowledge that webpage content displayed is produced and provided by third parties. Even if sources are indicated, output may contain inaccuracies and is for reference only. It does not represent endorsement of third-party content, nor does it guarantee authenticity, accuracy, or reliability (especially numerical data, dates, and factual descriptions, which should be independently verified).
6.2.3 Any judgment or subsequent actions you take based on the output shall be at your own risk. This includes risks arising from reliance on authenticity, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, fitness for purpose, or commercial use. You shall use generative AI technology in a rational and lawful manner.
6.4 Local Environment Access Function
Certain AI functions may require access to your local device environment, including but not limited to browser extensions, desktop applications, or other locally installed software (“Local Access Function”) to execute your instructions.
By enabling Local Access Function, you:

Acknowledge that actions performed may be attributed to you by third-party services and you are responsible for complying with their terms;
Accept that ZULER shall not be liable for consequences if third-party services detect, restrict, or terminate automated operations;
Understand that disabling the function may limit service functionality.
You understand and agree that actions executed through Local Access Function (including but not limited to file deletion, system setting modification, program uninstallation, etc.) shall be deemed performed based on your instructions and as an extension of your own actions. For high-risk operations, we may request secondary confirmation. Once confirmed (or if confirmation has been waived by you), you fully assume all consequences (including data loss or system crash).
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 During your use of the software and related services, you may submit text, audio, or other content (“Input”) and receive generated content (“Output”). 7.2 You understand and agree that all content you upload or publish remains yours, and uploading or publishing does not change your ownership rights.
7.3 You warrant that Input is content over which you hold intellectual property rights or have obtained lawful authorization, and that it does not violate applicable laws, infringe third-party rights (including intellectual property, personality rights, personal information rights), or violate public order and morals.
7.4 Unless otherwise provided, intellectual property in content provided by ZULER (including software, technology, programs, webpages, text, images, audio, video, layout design, electronic documents, etc.) belongs to ZULER. Without authorization, no one may use, transfer, adapt, copy, disseminate, crawl, mirror, or otherwise exploit such content. ZULER reserves the right to pursue liability.
7.5 You shall not use ZULER’s trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names, logos, URLs, or other brand features (“Marks”) without prior written consent. Unauthorized use resulting in damage shall be your responsibility.
8. Breach and Termination
8.1 If you violate these Terms or other service terms, ZULER may issue warnings, refuse publication, suspend transmission, delete content, temporarily restrict posting, restrict account functionality, terminate services, or permanently close accounts. ZULER bears no liability for resulting consequences. ZULER may announce handling results and decide whether to restore accounts. Suspected illegal acts may be reported to authorities. Deleted content will not be restored.
8.2 If your violation causes third-party complaints or litigation, you shall independently handle and bear all liabilities. If ZULER or its affiliates suffer losses due to your conduct, you shall fully compensate them.
8.3 ZULER respects and protects intellectual property and personal rights. You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights. Otherwise, ZULER has the right to remove the allegedly infringing content upon receipt of notice from the rights holder or relevant parties. You shall independently handle all claims raised by third parties and bear all resulting legal liabilities; if your infringement causes losses to ZULER, its affiliates, controlled companies, or successor companies (including economic and goodwill losses), you shall fully compensate them for all such losses.
8.4 ZULER may suspend, interrupt, or terminate part or all of DeskIn services due to business decisions, government actions, or force majeure. Announcement shall be made. Except as otherwise provided by law, ZULER may refund unperformed service fees without constituting breach.
