2.3.1 Super Administrator Configuration Process
2.3.1.1. Account Registration/Login
Access the enterprise console to register/log in: https://account.deskin.io/#/login
The account registered/logged in on this page is the super administrator account.

2.3.1.2. Settings - Global Settings
First, configure security permissions at the global level (https://account.deskin.io/#/setting/global-setting)
Navigate to Settings → Global Settings → Security Settings. (Changes take effect immediately for all devices. Please remember to click "Save" after making modifications.)

Then, configure global security settings:
Settings → Global Settings → Security Settings.
2.3.1.3. Settings - Roles & Permissions
The Super Administrator can define different roles for employees and assign corresponding remote operation permissions.
Example: Department Manager, R&D Personnel, etc.

2.3.1.4. User Management - User Group Creation
The Super Administrator can manage and assign user groups.
Navigate to User Management → User List → Create New User Group (click on "+" button next to All Members).

2.3.1.5. User Management - Invite Users
The super administrator invites employees to use the enterprise version and assigns user groups and custom roles.
User Management → Invite Users.

2.3.1.6. Device Management - Controlled Device Management
The Super Administrator can invite employees to control devices via DeskIn Enterprise Edition, assigning them to user groups and custom roles.
Navigate to User Management → Invite Users. (Three invitation methods: Link Invitation, Email Invitation, Bulk Import.)

Note: For technical support on fixed devices, use Device Management. For non-fixed devices, skip steps 6–8.
2.3.1.7. Bind Devices and User Access Permissions
The super administrator assigns permissions to device groups, binding device groups and user group permissions to allow remote access.
Device Management → Controlled Device Management → Manage User Access to Device Groups.
2.3.1.8. Download and Install the Remote
Step 1: Download the controlled end from the provided link below.

Step 2: Enter Deployment Code found in Step 1 in the respective Device Group.
