What to do if I didn’t receive the verification email while log in on new devices?

While registering for an account, changing password, or logging into a DeskIn account for the first time on a new device, DeskIn requires email verification to ensure account security. What can you do when you don't receive a verification email?

Solution 1: Try to resend the verification email

When you find you do not receive the verification email, you can first check if the email goes into the Spam folder. In addition, there may be delays in delivering and receiving the email, please wait for a few minutes. If you still have not receiving the email, try to resend the verification email.

Solution 2: Change the platform

DeskIn supports registration and password changes on the web, desktop client, and mobile app. If you cannot receive the verification email, try switching platforms and repeat the operation.

Solution 3: Manually add new devices to the DeskIn account

If you cannot receive a verification email when logging into your DeskIn account on a new device, you can skip the email verification step by manually adding a new device to your DeskIn account. Here is how you can do that.

Note: This method must be operated on the DeskIn web version and DeskIn computer version.

Manually add new device on web:

First, click "Sign in" in the upper right corner of the DeskIn official website to log in to the personal center.

Go to "Devices" and click "Add a device".

Enter the Device ID and of the new device, name it and group it, then click "Confirm". The new device will be added to your account and you don't need email verification logging in your account on that device anymore.

Manually add new device on desktop client:

You can also manually add a new device to your account on the DeskIn client on Windows or Mac. Open DeskIn, go to Device list, click ”+” >> “Add new device”.

Enter the device ID and alia of the new device, then click “Add device”, The new device will be added to your account and you don't need email verification logging in your account on that device anymore.
