How to find the DeskIn device ID?
1. Get the device ID of local device:
Windows & Mac devices:
You can easily find the device ID of your local computer device on the "Remote Control" section of the DeskIn client, no need to log in an account.
Note: Each device has one specific device ID. The device ID is determined by the device hardware configuration.Device ID may change if the hardware of the device changes. Device ID does not support customization or manual modification..
IOS & Android devices:
To get the device ID of local mobile devices, you need to log in to your account first.
After logging in, go to "Device List" >> "My Device", click on "This device" and toggle on the "Allow" button to allow connection to the device, then you can see the device ID.
Note: If you want the local mobile device to be connected remotely, you need to select the authorization mode and a connection password will be generated.

2. Find device ID of remote device:
On Windows & Mac devices:
Log in to your DeskIn account on the DeskIn client first. Go to "Device List" and you can see all devices that have logged in with the same account or have been added to the device list. Click on the device you want to get the device code, and you can see the device ID on the right toolbar.
You can also do that on web. Log in to your DeskIn account in the DeksIn personal center and you can find the device ID of all remote devices that have been logged in with the same account or have been added to the device list under "My Devices" section.
IOS & Android devices:
Open DeskIn App >> "Device List" , click on the device you want to get the device ID, and then click "•••" in the upper right corner to enter "Device Information", then you can see the "Device ID".
Click the remote device you want to view, then click "•••" in the upper right corner to enter "Device Information".At this time, you can see the "Device ID".
