2.1. First-Time Operation Guide
Preparations:
Please register a DeskIn Enterprise Account at https://account.deskin.io/#/register
Install the software on two separate devices for remote control. The software can be downloaded in the Welcome page after logging into the web console.
2.1.1 Local Deployment (Controller)
Local Deployment is referring to the machine that can initiate remote session and control another device. This is also referring to “Local” from the download site.
After the app is downloaded, launch the application and follow the following steps:
Sign in with the email address and Password to proceed

If logging in on a new device for the first time, email verification may be required. Please check your inbox for the verification email.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or add noreply@sendback.deskin.io to your email whitelist and try again
2.1.2 Remote Deployment
Remote Deployment is referring to the machine that can be controlled by the Local. This is also referring to “Remote” from the download site. After installing the DeskIn Remote app, you may follow the following steps to complete the setup.
Login Method 1:
Enter the email address and password that you have previously used to register via the enterprise Invitation Link sent to you by your IT admin representatives.
Login Method 2:
Enter the Enterprise Deployment Code sent to you by your IT admin representatives. The code will automatically bind your device to the respective company in the console.

What is the difference between enterprise deployment code and email password deployment?
Mailbox password binding can automatically link users and devices without administrator matching.
If bound through enterprise code, ask the administrator to visit https://account.deskin.io/#/equipment/deploy to view the enterprise deployment code, and go to the console to manually associate users and devices after deployment.
2.1.3 Initiating a Connection from the Controlling Device
Select the previously deployed controlled device, then click "Initiate Connection" to start remote control

FAQs:
No available devices to connect?
Please go to the controlled device to install and deploy the controlled end or contact the administrator to associate the device in the console.
Already deployed but can't see the controlled device?
You can wait for the list to refresh automatically or click the refresh icon at the top of the interface to manually refresh.
Stuck at 1% or 100% after initiating a remote connection?
Please ensure your firewall configuration meets the connection requirements. For details, see: Section 5.1
