2.2.1. Super Administrator Configuration Process
2.2.1.1. Account Registration & Login
Go to the Enterprise Edition Console to register or log in: https://account.deskin.io/#/login
The account registered on this page will be the Super Administrator account.

2.2.1.2. Settings - Global Settings - Security Settings
First, configure security permissions at the global level (https://account.deskin.io/#/setting/global-setting)

(Changes take effect immediately for all devices. Please remember to click "Save" after making modifications.)

2.2.1.3. Settings - User Roles & Permissions
The Super Administrator can define different roles for employees and assign corresponding remote operation permissions.
Example: Department Manager, R&D Personnel, etc.

2.2.1.4. User Management - Creating User Groups
The Super Administrator can manage and assign user groups.
Navigate to User Management → User List → Create New User Group (click on "+" button next to All Members).

2.2.1.5. User Management - Inviting Users to Control Devices
The Super Administrator can invite employees to control devices via DeskIn Enterprise Edition, assigning them to user groups and custom roles.
Navigate to User Management → Invite Users. (Three invitation methods: Link Invitation, Email Invitation, Bulk Import.)

2.2.2. User Configuration Process
2.2.2.1. For users invited to control other devices, click on the invitation link to set the password
The invited user can check the email and click the invitation link (must use a different computer from the super administrator).
Set the password and log in to the account.

2.2.2.2. For users whose devices are to be controlled, download the controlled client on another computer and bind it using Deployment Code or email address.
Super Administrator may deploy devices via Device Management > Device Deployment > Remote (https://account.deskin.io/#/user/inviteLink).

Binding Method Explanation:
Email Password Binding: By default, it establishes a one-to-one access permission connection with the same account used to log into the host client, simplifying the administrator's one-to-one authorization process.
Enterprise Deployment Code Binding: After binding, the permission access for this device must be assigned by the administrator.
