4.12 Shortcut Key Settings
Prerequisite: The main control client must be using version v1.3.2 or higher.
The DeskIn main control client supports up to 15 custom shortcut keys.
[Main Control Client] → [Security Settings] → [Shortcut Key Settings]
Available Shortcut Key Settings:
Disconnect: Ends the current remote connection. ("Disconnects the current connection, even in multi-screen mode.")
Switch Screen: Switch between multiple screens of the controlled device. ("Switches in label order.")
Send Ctrl+Alt+Del: Activates the system control of the controlled device with one click.
Window/Full-Screen Mode: Toggles between windowed and full-screen display modes.
Lock Mouse: Restricts the mouse pointer within the controlled video stream (Ctrl + Shift +Enter by default. You may try using this if you are unable to see your device mouse when remoting.)
Disable Controlled Mouse/Keyboard: Takes over the controlled device's mouse and keyboard, preventing further operation.
3D Mouse On/Off: Enables or disables the 3D perspective mouse operation mode.
Chat: Quickly opens the text chat within the remote control.
File Transfer: Quickly opens the file transfer feature.
Toggle Sound: Turns the sound of the controlled device on or off.
Display Transfer Status: Displays the current network transfer speed and other relevant info.
Minimize: Quickly minimizes the window to the taskbar for easy switching.
Privacy Screen: Hides the real-time screen from the controlled device. ("Includes both enabling and disabling.")
Remote Mouse: Displays and uses the mouse pointer of the controlled device.
Close Current Window: Closes all tabs under the current window.
You can customize these commands above within the client to fit your needs.
Ignore Shortcut Key Settings
The set shortcut keys will not take effect on the controlled device, only on the main control device
If some shortcut keys on the main control device conflict with other software shortcut keys on the controlled device, you can consider adding the Ignore Shortcut Keys option to make the software more user-friendly.
