4.8. How to Configure Multi-Screen to Multi-Screen Remote Control
Prerequisites:
Both controller and controlled devices must use the latest client version (v1.3.0 or later).
The enterprise administrator must allocate "Multi-Screen Display Licenses" in the console.
When both the controller and controlled computers have multiple screens, this feature aims to mirror the controlled screens onto the controller’s multiple displays, ensuring a seamless viewing experience.
How to Enable Multi-Screen to Multi-Screen Mode
Method 1:
During remote control, click the Floating Ball Tool.
Select another screen, double-click to open it.
Drag it to the second monitor on the controller’s side.

Method 2:
On the controller device, go to: Security Settings → Display Settings → Default Window Display
Choose “Multi-screen Display on Different Windows”.
Effect: Each screen from the controlled computer will be displayed separately on different monitors of the controller computer.
