Why I can't control Macbook?
Macbook requires permissions from certain folders in order to give DeskIn application to access. Ensure that these permissions are authorized for use by DeskIn. If DeskIn is not found in list, please add the appliocation and enable the authorization.
What permssion does Macbook requires?
Before Macbook can be remotely controlled, it requires 「Full Disk Access」、「Accessibility」、「Screen recording」 permission to DeskIn. Please go to Macbook System Settings >> Privacy and Security to check whether these three permissions are authorized for use by DeskIn.
Click to enter 「Full Disk Access」,「Accessibility」, 「Screen recording」 settings, if DeskIn is in the list and the button on the right is toggled on, it means DeskIn has been authorized this permission. If DeskIn is not found in the list, please click the + sign in the lower left corner, find DeskIn and add it to the list, and enable the authorization phenomenon on the right.
