Why I can't control my PC with the virtual mouse during remote gaming?
Some games—mostly Korean games—restrict the use of third-party mouse and keyboard, such as Blade & Soul, Summoners War, MU Online, etc., leading to a situation where you can't control the remote PC with the virtual mouse.
This problem currently cannot be solved when using a mobile to control a PC. Please stay tuned to the future updates. If you are using a Windows or Mac to remote control a Windows PC, here is how you can solve the problem:
Solution: Use the Gaming Mouse features.
After entering the connection session, click Toolbar, find External Devices >> Game Mouse
Notice:
The Gaming Mouse is a paid feature, you need to update to Gaming Edition to use it.
The Gaming Mouse function can only be used on a single screen. If your controlled computer has two screens, please turn off one screen first.
