Prerequisites:

1. Both controller and controlled devices must use the latest client version (v1.3.0 or later).

2. The enterprise administrator must allocate "Multi-Screen Display Licenses" in the console.  

When both the controller and controlled computers have multiple screens, this feature aims to mirror the controlled screens onto the controller’s multiple displays, ensuring a seamless viewing experience.  

How to Enable Multi-Screen to Multi-Screen Mode  

Method 1:

1. During remote control, click the Floating Ball Tool.

2. Select another screen, double-click to open it.

3. Drag it to the second monitor on the controller’s side.

Method 2:

1. On the controller device, go to: Security Settings → Display Settings → Default Window Display

2. Choose “Multi-screen Display on Different Windows”.  

   Effect: Each screen from the controlled computer will be displayed separately on different monitors of the controller computer.
