When the aspect ratio of the remote computer screen is different from the aspect ratio of the local computer screen, you may find that the screen displays too large or too small.

1.There are a few ways to adjust the resolution:
Change screen resolution of the remote side:
Click "Tool bar" >> "Screen resolution" to change the resolution of the remote device.

2.You can also adjust it using the Scaling feature.
1) Click Toolbar >> "View" >> "Scaling", you will see 2 options. Original ratio retains the aspect ratio of the remote screen, but may result in the local screen not being able to display the complete remote screen，you can scroll to see more.

2) We recommend using "Auto Zoom" to makes sure the whole remote screen fits perfectly.

3.If your mac screen shrinks, you can try to adjust your system's resolution to achieve the desired effect.
